Mr. Bowen began his career in surveying in 1977 in Hannibal, Missouri. He completed formal training at the University of Missouri in Columbia in 1984, and has been a registered professional surveyor since 1988.
Mr. Bowen's vast background includes all types of surveying from residential to commercial as well as hydrographic surveying. |

JIM LAWSON, P.L.S., ILLINOIS & MISSOURI
Mr. Lawson has worked as an Engineering Technician, Construction Inspector, Land and Hydrographic Surveyor for 44 years.
Mr. Lawson's area of expertise includes working with cost estimates and documents for government grants, such as:
EDA (Economic Development Administration), DED (Department of Economic Development), CDBG
(Community Development Block Grant), TEA 21
(Transportation Enhancement Act), MODOT (Division of Waterways) and ERA (Eederal Railroad Administration), for projects such as: Railroads, Highways, Buildings, Water & Sewer Systems including Lagoons and Lift Stations.

CARY G. HARBISON, P.E., MISSOURI
Mr. Harbison graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a primary emphasis in environmental engineering.
Mr. Harbison is well versed in all aspects of sewage treatment design, including gravity sewage and lift station systems, single-family domestic sewage treatment, and subdivision sewage treatment.
He is also an expert in the fields of Hydrographic Surveying and GPS Surveying, Data Analysis and Processing.

CHRISTOPHER M. BUERCK, P.E., MISSOURI
Mr. Buerck graduated with honors from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
Mr. Buerck's areas of expertise are highway bridge and box culvert design, structural concrete and segmental block retaining wall design and residential structural inspection. He has extensive experience with hydrologic modeling of watersheds, hydraulic modeling of bridges and culverts and foundation design.
Mr. Buerck is also experienced with all aspects of permitting, design and construction for federal bridge rehabilitation and replacement programs. These programs include the Off System Bridge Replacement Program (BRO) and the Surface Transportation Program (STP), which are
administered by the Missouri Department of Transportation.

WADE METCALF, ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
Mr. Metcalf is a graduate of Bailey Institute of Technology, St. Louis, in engineering design. He has 23 years of working experience in the field of civil engineering and land survey. Mr. Metcalf specializes in residential and commercial real estate design and land development. His past design experiences include site plan design, roadway and drainage, stromwafer management, sanitary sewer collection, water distribution and industrial railway systems.
